We provide the full spectrum of project management services from the process design and engineering to straightforward procurement and delivery, design only, project delivery, and commissioning.
Design Services
Our experienced mechanical, electrical, civil engineers aim to provide all-inclusive design solutions that reflect an understanding of the full project lifecycle and the client requirements. The value is in the solution, so early contractor engagement will enable our design engineers to be innovative and to create the most efficient design to deliver the required results.
Off-Site Fabrication
We recognise, respect, and acknowledge the importance of reducing the carbon footprint associated with wastewater treatment plant operation and in delivering projects. We actively promote the use of Off-Site fabricated stand-alone mobile treatment units where applicable, which we are able to manufacture inhouse utilising our fabrication and engineering workshop.

FLI Adamelia designs and manufactures equipment for the demineralisation of gelatin liquors during production, by means of Ion Exchange technology and has achieved considerable success in improving the profitability of companies, which have adopted our processes.
FLI CAP Technology
FLI CAP Technology was established in 1990, a Company involved in the supply and installation of industrial effluent treatment plants, often on a turnkey basis. We have the resources and ability to progress projects from initial feasibility studies through to the supply and installation of full-scale plants
A wide range of effluent treatment technologies have been developed by CAP Technology. We are not restricted to particular systems, and therefore can openly evaluate the most cost effective process train for a particular application.
CAP Technology undertake a wide range of projects meeting the stringent specifications imposed by the UK food industry and Water Plc’s. They are also able to adapt their technology and processes to upgrade existing facilities. In addition to providing detailed packages of manuals, we also offer full courses of operator and management training.
The Company follows recognised standards of quality control. Contracts have been undertaken with major blue chip organisations, both in the UK and overseas. Our efficient and accommodating approach to business enables individual requirements to be met, with information being presented on the latest software systems.
CAP Technology recognises the risks associated with major construction projects. We endeavour to be fully compliant with all current health & safety legislation during the course of our work. We retain an IOSH accredited health & safety advisor and are Safe Contractor approved.
Projects have been successfully completed in many overseas locations. These range from food industry projects in the USA to effluent treatment schemes in Europe, Kenya, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia and many more.
